This particular client was using a well known email marketing company and commercial property agent. When I took over the digital marketing I moved them to a less expensive email marketing company and I reduced the price of the commercial property agent fees by half. Using Excel for his customer database was not productive so I moved it to Hubspot and we have used that ever since because of course, it does so much more. It is also free for what we need it to do. Plus, he can access it on his phone when necessary
Client 3
Health and safety and related policies are required constantly with this client. Between us, we managed to create a Risk Management and Method Statement template to complete for every new customer. This did take some time, but now he tells me that the document definitely helps him get more work.

Client 4

A message-taking service was forwarding calls to me. To avoid paying twice, I suggested this client forward calls directly to my dedicated phone line when she is out of the office. This is a recent solution and, so far, is working well. As she has to be out of the office quite often, this is saving her money as it means she is not paying twice for her messages.
